The purpose of the study . Investigation effect fabomotizol dihydrochloride systematic therapy on morphological picture heart left ventricle (LV) in rats subacute period myocardial infarction. Materials and methods Myocardial infarction (MI) modeling was carried out using A.Selye method. Fabomotizol administered to intraperitoneally 1 time per day from 15th 28th after MI at a dose 15 mg/kg. At end experiment, euthanasia pathoanatomic autopsy were performed. Results Dilation LV cavity thinning its walls animals treated with are less pronounced than control MI. Conclusion. According results studies performed model rats, it demonstrated that fabomotizole contributes not only significant reduction necrosis zone, but also certain extent prevents development early postinfarction remodeling. contrast animals, reparative processes prevail cardiac muscle.
